Web design for an insurance brokerage that wants to win clients online
AndalBrok gives good advice, but most clients came in by phone. Its website had to become one more way of winning clients.

In shortThe three key points of this case
In insurance, customers compare and are wary. The website has to answer their questions and come across as reliable so they take the next step.
I designed the website to turn the sector's natural mistrust into quote requests.
AndalBrok's website stopped being a brochure and joined the sales team.
A sector built on trust that is also won or lost online
In insurance, customers compare and are wary. The website has to answer their questions and come across as reliable so they take the next step.
AndalBrok barely won any clients online: its website didn't explain the products well or make it easy to ask for a quote.
Over time a second challenge appeared: every professional association and union with an agreement needed its own page, with its own terms and its own form.
Explain, reassure and win clients
I designed the website to turn the sector's natural mistrust into quote requests.
- Products explained without jargon — so clients understand what they're signing up for.
- A simple quote request — from interest to contact in a few steps.
- Trust signals — transparency, approachability and backing.
- SEO by type of insurance — ranking each product for its own search.
- Landing pages by group — more than twenty pages for SATSE, medical associations, vets, dentists and physiotherapists, each with its own offer and form.
- A blog that answers questions — articles on sick leave, long-term care or insurance for the self-employed, which are now the most visited pages.
The website, one more channel for winning clients
AndalBrok's website stopped being a brochure and joined the sales team.
Today it wins clients who look for insurance online and who used to go to the competition.
Between September 2025 and August 2026 the website received 17,231 clicks from Spain. Organic clicks grew by 76% on the previous year and the average position went from 24.8 to 8.3 in April.
Eight of the twelve most visited pages are blog articles. The SATSE landing page got 1,625 clicks and the one for the Colegio de Médicos de Sevilla, 1,013.
