Three white-label digital strategies for an influencer agency's clients
Doublecheck runs influencer marketing for European brands. When a client asks for a full strategy, they call me. I write it; the agency presents it.

In shortThe three key points of this case
Its clients were asking for more than one-off campaigns: their own social media, content, advertising, measurement.
Every strategy starts from data. The structure repeats; the content never does.
Between December 2024 and July 2025, three strategies went out: a building materials brand, a ceramics systems brand and a home automation brand.
An agency that needs to think beyond the influencer
Its clients were asking for more than one-off campaigns: their own social media, content, advertising, measurement.
The agency needed a solid document for each brand within a few days. No hot air, and with a clear budget.
The same method, three sectors
Every strategy starts from data. The structure repeats; the content never does.
- A starting point based on data — followers per network, current content and each brand's direct competitors.
- SWOT, market and buyer persona — who buys, where they search and what holds them back.
- Six-month goals and a plan per channel — Instagram at the core, plus TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn depending on the case; frequency, formats, UGC and social ads.
- Pricing proposal by plan — basic and premium, or three tiers, so the agency can add its fee and the client can choose.
Documents the agency presents as its own
Between December 2024 and July 2025, three strategies went out: a building materials brand, a ceramics systems brand and a home automation brand. The names stay with the agency.
With the same agency, I now manage social media for SPAX España.
