Online bookings synced with GetYourGuide and Viator so the same seat is never sold twice
Proa al Cabo runs boat trips to the coves of Cabo de Gata. It sells on its own website and on two platforms. The risk: two bookings for the same seat.

In shortThe three key points of this case
Each platform had its own calendar. If a seat was sold on GetYourGuide, the website didn’t know.
One central system with the other channels hanging off it. What sells on one disappears from all of them.
Since July 2026 there’s one shared availability: what sells on one platform disappears from the others.
Three sales channels and just one boat
Each platform had its own calendar. If a seat was sold on GetYourGuide, the website didn’t know. With a capacity of eleven people, one mistake costs dearly.
On top of that, the client wanted to take card payments on their own website and get their Google Business Profile in order.
One booking engine in charge of the rest
One central system with the other channels hanging off it. What sells on one disappears from all of them.
- TuriTop as the central system — products, times and capacity in one place.
- Connection with Viator and GetYourGuide — API validation and availability sync; times reorganised into two departure slots.
- Stripe payments on the website — card payment inside the booking widget.
- Business profile and verification — managing the Google Business Profile and keeping legal details up to date on the platforms.
One seat, one sale
Since July 2026 there’s one shared availability: what sells on one platform disappears from the others. The client takes payments on their website with no intermediaries, and reviews keep coming in to their Google Business Profile.
No booking figures to publish: they belong to the client.
