An external designer inside the team: identity and social media for eight brands in a tech group
Bigtoone brings together several technology and services brands. It needed steady design for all of them without hiring in-house. I came in by the hour, with the group's email and calendar.

In shortThe three key points of this case
Each brand in the group had its own audience and colour. Without a regular designer, every piece came out different.
Corporate email, a shared calendar and a confidentiality agreement. Then, steady design for every brand in the group.
Throughout 2025 the group had its own design for all its brands without adding to its headcount.
Many brands, one look and no designer in-house
Each brand in the group had its own audience and colour. Without a regular designer, every piece came out different.
It needed someone who knew all the brands, worked within its workflow and delivered fast.
Working from the inside, invoicing from the outside
Corporate email, a shared calendar and a confidentiality agreement. Then, steady design.
- Logos and versions — eight brands with their colour variants and files ready for web, video and print.
- Backgrounds and covers — corporate backgrounds for video calls and presentations; cover images for LinkedIn, Facebook, X and YouTube.
- Event material — roll-up banner, vinyl banner, display stand, stickers and cards for a trade fair shared by two brands.
- Templates and feed — a carousel system for each brand and monthly production for social media.
Steady design, no payroll
Throughout 2025 the group had its own design for all its brands without adding to its headcount. Every fortnight, a timesheet and an invoice.
The specific brands are left off this page out of respect for their confidentiality.
“Thank you so much, that was super quick!”
